In love, as in cosmetics, we sometimes have regrets. LaserAway, an American aesthetic medicine company, asked members of Generation Y (individuals aged 30 to 42) to list the bad habits they had when they were younger.
The survey was conducted among 1,003 Americans (43% female, 55% male, 2% non-binary) between April 24-25, 2023.
Past habits left a bitter taste to the panelists. 49% of them explain having had a bad lifestyle during their young years.
They regret the fact:

• having eaten too much junk food,
• not having slept enough,
• not having drunk enough water,
• not having done enough sport.
Respondents say this unsavory lifestyle has had a direct impact on the condition of their skin. They are even 12% to consider that certain effects are irremediable.
