The face represents only 9% of the skin. What about the other 91%? With these sensible words, The Ordinary is encouraging consumers to look after the skin on their bodies in the same way as the skin on their faces.
To this end, the Canadian brand has opened up a whole new category, body care, with three products suitable for all skin types: Body Serum with 0.5% Salicylic Acid (240 ml, €17.30), Face and Body Emulsion with 5% Niacinamide (100 ml, €14), Body Lotion and Natural Moisturising Factors + Inulin (240 ml, €16.70). Always fairly priced, they are formulated with some of the ingredients most appreciated by The Ordinary community (salicylic acid, niacinamide…).
The 0.5% Salicylic Acid Body Serum targets imperfections on the body, one of the major trends of the moment, already followed by SVR (Spray Corps Sebiaclear dos, épaules, décolleté, 150 ml, €18.90) and Biotherm (Biocorps Sérum Corps Peeling Peau Neuve, 200 ml, €52).
The Ordinary has developed a light exfoliating serum that improves skin clarity and pore congestion, reducing the appearance of post-imperfection marks and redness.
