In 2022, La Vie est Belle (one of the world’s best-selling fragrances) will meet for the first time with the wonders of the Grasse terroir at the Domaine de la Rose (a four-hectare ecological horticultural site) acquired by Lancôme in 2020.
Between the sea and the mountains, in the new home of the brand’s perfume know-how, symbolized by a rose, lies the largest field of roses in Grasse. Grown according to the rigorous requirements of sustainable and certified organic agriculture, these exceptional flowers reveal their beauty (and their delicate, green, herbaceous and fruity notes) for the first time in an exclusive limited edition: La Vie est Belle - Domaine de la Rose (perfume extract 30 ml, €99).
Eventually, Lancôme aims to use all parts of the rose (stem, root, flower, petals) to achieve zero waste in all production processes.
The new fragrance is built around an overdose of rose (Centifolia rose + Damascena rose essence crafted by Lancôme), Bali patchouli essence and Pallida iris butter, enriched with a gourmand accord.
