Auchan and Henkel commit to the Force Femmes association

undefined

The retailer, in partnership with Henkel (through the Diadermine brand), is organizing an in-store donation drive from December 6 to 21. For two weeks, Auchan will allow customers who wish to do so to round up the amount of their purchases to the nearest euro. All funds collected during this campaign will be donated to Force Femme.

For this donation campaign, Auchan called on the services of the company microDon, which devises innovative solutions to support associations, such as this concept that allows credit card terminals to be configured and offers consumers the option of rounding up the amount of their purchases.
The development of this technology was made possible thanks to the financial support of Diadermine.

“This operation makes it possible to anchor solidarity in the daily lives of employees and customers alike and to generate new forms of mutual aid without ever imposing anything. Donations remain personal, anonymous and easy to accept when customers want to. Everyone can choose to give to the extent of their ability,” says Béatrice Javary, CSR Director at Auchan France.

For its part, Henkel said it was “very proud today to move up a gear and kick off a new form of cooperation, bringing together a manufacturer, a leading retailer, a social economy player and an association in the service of a shared social commitment.”

The profits collected will allow Force Femme to continue its fight by helping more people to reintegrate the job market. This campaign will be deployed in all Auchan stores in France.
