L’Oréal is ranked first in France in terms of gender equity by the Equileap 2023 barometer. The group is also ranked 11th in the world, among 3,500 companies in 23 countries.
L’Oréal has been included in the Equileap ranking every year since its creation in 2017.

“We are honored to be recognized for the sixth consecutive year by the Equileap gender equity ranking and to be the first in France.
