Clinical and epidemiological studies conducted with dermatologists with 6000 people worldwide have enabled La Roche-Posay to develop a unique expertise in sensitive skin.

Skin sensitivity is characterized by an excessive reaction of the skin to factors that are usually well tolerated: it is more vulnerable to external aggressions.
This hyperactivity is directly related to the excitability of the nerve endings that are flush with the superficial layers of the epidermis.
