It has become a tradition at the Perfumes & Cosmetics Congress in Chartres: after the second day of conferences, the whole team (Scientific & Regulatory Affairs, Legal & Labour Affairs departments) from FEBEA, France’s federation of beauty companies, leads an informal Q&A session with the congress-goers. Apparently, after the Council of State carried out its examination, the latest version is now on the desks of the relevant ministries, awaiting signature.
