This is a truly "cosmetic" marriage. Violette Watine and Emmanuel de la Baume have officially "married" their companies on August 31. Their brands unite to merge into a single entity. A marriage in which the key words are "love" and "reason".

The young couple is made of two pioneers of the organic cosmetics sales network. She was on the Internet, with mademoisellebio.com; he is in specialized shops, with the Naturalia beauté bio, then Biu beauté bio brands. Nowadays, all their children share the same home, and become the number one in this sector.

A love match

They say it again and again: the main reason for this rapprochement is their common sharing of the same philosophy and values. Organic, only organic, certified and of top-quality.
The somewhat 2,000 references available in the shops and on the Internet are all labelled as organic (except for nail varnishes and hair dyes, though these are chosen depending on their ban of the most harmful ingredients). Widely known brands of organic products as well as niche brands, to meet all the customers’ needs.
The shops themselves are eco-designed, from the water-based glue in the drawers to the household products used for their maintenance.

However, the union between Mademoiselle bio and Biu beauté bio comes also, thanks to more strategic and market concerns.
