Several times a year, Universum, a company specializing in employer branding, produces a ranking of the structures where students and new entrants to the professional world want to work. Good news for the cosmetics industry: young French people are keen to join them.
The survey was conducted between September 2023 and March 2024 among 12,107 business school students.
Results
The top spots are taken by beauty companies (or companies with beauty divisions within their group). We find LVMH (#1), L’Oréal (#2) and Hermès (#3) on the podium. Chanel comes fifth. L’Occitane (#40), Johnson & Johnson (#67), Procter & Gamble (#75) and Groupe Rocher (#94) also feature in the ranking.
