This surgras soap is made according to the traditional method of cold saponification, without palm oil.
Based on virgin olive and coconut oils, it is enriched with nutritive and fattening agents: shea butter and oily macerate, to gently cleanse the skin.
This soap is suitable for both body and face.
Its perfume is of natural origin and the inclusions of poppy petals bring a flowery touch during use.

Contains: virgin olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, 100% natural fragrance, red clay, poppy petals, calendula oil macerate.

Certified in Organic Agriculture, our farm is located in the south of Maine & Loire, less than 5km from our site of Somloire.
This proximity allows us to control costs, traceability and the origin of our plants.
Our commitment also allows us to grow only crops that are adapted to the climate of Anjou.
This place, rich of our family history, respects strict procedures of hand-picking.
Flowers are harvested there every year like the calendula, the poppy, the blueberry…

The cold saponification is above all an artisanal manufacturing process.
To create a soap, all that is needed is a reaction obtained by mixing vegetable oils (olive, coconut…) with an alkali (a strong base).
During this long-lasting mixture, the fats will be transformed into soap.
The addition, after the saponification process, of surgras agents (shea butter, macerate…) gives a rich soap which can be named “surgras” soap.
