Silab has just shared the results of its Actively Caring program. This report reviews all the projects initiated by the company in 2021. It also mentions the goals set for 2025.
Sustainable strategy
The aim is to ensure a sustainable growth dynamic. In 2021, the company generated 63.7 million in revenue, 20% of which was invested in R&D.
By 2025, Silab wants to capitalize even more on research and ensure growth that is twice as high as the market.
Development of human potential
Silab intends to promote professional fulfillment and quality of life at work.
The company wants to encourage the involvement of each employee through a motivating company project, guarantee equal treatment and outlaw all discrimination throughout their professional life.
Within the next three years, the ingredient supplier intends to:

Sourcing
By 2021, Silab has succeeded in tracing 100% of its supply chains. 94% of its suppliers are signatories to the Purchasing Charter and 100% of its active ingredients are natural (or derived from natural sources).
