SignalConso is no longer limited to its website. Its application, available on iOS and GooglePlay, has been redesigned to become a practical, intuitive and mobile tool for reporting, finding out about and being alerted to all product recalls.
It also provides practical advice and the results of DGCCRF investigations.

Three tabs are now available.
• The “Reports” tab allows users to alert the DGCCRF to any problem encountered with a company or any product deemed to be dangerous, using broad categories (in-store purchases, purchases on the Internet, travel/leisure, cafés/restaurants, etc.).
• The “News” tab offers a feed of information, advice and survey results, published “in real time”.
• The “Recall” tab gives access to a list of the most recent product recalls.
The platform also offers the option of receiving a daily notification on your smartphone of the latest reminders in selected categories.

Over the last few months, the DGCCRF has also strengthened the system for monitoring reports, whether made via the application or the website.
